Esta vaga foi publicada em EN

Our client is an award winning and very well-respected financial planning firm with offices in Nottingham.  They have been named one of Professional Adviser’s Best Financial Advisers to Work For five years running (2022–2026), and are regularly judged a Top 100 Financial Planning firm.

They are recruiting for a Chartered Financial Planner (CII/PFS) or equivalent on a hybrid basis, ideally with at least five years’ advice experience in an independent firm. However, we will consider applications for candidates close to that status. It’s ideally a full-time position but we’ll happily consider part time.

Salary range expected to be £65,000 - £80,000. There is have a bonus scheme on top of this which boosts ongoing salary rather than one-off payments.

What makes the role appealing:

  • Real support. Full backing from experienced paraplanners and an excellent administration team, so you can spend your time with clients rather than on paperwork.
  • Proper financial planning. Goals-based, holistic, independent advice - with the time to do it well.
  • Development paid for. All professional qualifications, courses, exams and CPD costs covered, plus comprehensive training and mentoring.
  • Flexibility that works. Hybrid working: remote Mondays and Fridays, with 2-3 days in the office, and a true focus on work-life balance.
  • Solid benefits. Competitive salary, pension, life insurance, online GP access and generous holidays with the option to buy more.
  • A culture built on growth, kindness and collaboration. Fresh ideas, better processes and new technology are welcomed here, not resisted.
  • Client portfolio. This role comes with a client portfolio of around 50 households so you’re ready to go from day 1 and build it up from there.
