QA Automation Engineer

Job Title: QA Automation Engineer
Job Location: Charlotte, NC (3 Days Onsite, 2 Days Remote) hybrid role.
Job Duration:12+ Months contract
Pay Range: $50/hr on W2
Job Responsibilities
Experience: 8+ Years

Mandatory Skills:
Automation Tools: Selenium WebDriver
Programming: Java (Strong OOPs concepts)
Database: Strong SQL Query skills

Primary Skill: Selenium
Secondary Skill: Core Java
Tertiary Skill: ETL/Database testing

Automation Expertise:
Framework design & development ( Hybrid / POM / Data-driven)
UI Test Automation

Build Tools: Maven
BDD Framework: Cucumber
Test Management: JIRA or similar tools

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.)
  
• Knowledge of API Automation (RestAssured or similar)
  
• Exposure to RAFT or other enterprise automation frameworks
  
• Experience in Performance or Security Testing (added advantage)
  

Domain Experience

• Banking / Financial Services domain experience (Mandatory)
  
• Exposure to lending applications, credit systems, or enterprise banking platforms is preferred
  

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  
• Ability to work independently and lead automation initiatives
