Client Engagement & Leadership Education Consultant

DESCRIPTION

Bring your professional experience to a flexible, remote role in leadership education.

V2F Life Design is seeking a self-directed Client Engagement & Leadership Education Consultant to introduce personal development and leadership education programs to prospective clients.

This role combines relationship building, digital marketing, and consultative sales. You will generate your own leads, learn about prospective clients’ goals, share program information, and manage follow-up conversations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing marketing strategies to attract prospective clients.
• Generating and managing your own leads.
• Conducting initial conversations to understand clients’ interests and goals.
• Sharing program information and coordinating next steps.
• Maintaining accurate contact records and consistent follow-up.
• Participating in ongoing training and mentorship.

This is an independent contractor role with commission-only compensation. There is no base salary or guaranteed income. Results depend on sales, individual activity, skills, and consistency.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

• Professional experience in client service, education, coaching, sales, marketing, leadership, or a related field.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence speaking with prospective clients by phone and video.
• Willingness to generate your own leads and take responsibility for follow-up.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Interest in personal development and leadership education.
• Willingness to learn digital marketing tools and follow established processes.
• A computer, reliable internet connection, and a suitable workspace.
• Availability to commit at least two focused hours per day to business activities and training.
• Understanding and acceptance of an independent contractor arrangement with commission-only compensation.

Previous experience in this industry is not essential. Training is provided, and a willingness to learn and apply feedback is required.
