Key Responsibilities

Independently manage litigation matters and client relationships
Transition and take over a retiring partner's practice
Build and grow their own client base
Meet billable hours targets: 1600 in 1 year, 1700 thereafter

Requirements

Established insurance defense litigation experience
Portable book of $100,000 preferred
Strong business development and practice-building skills
Interest in long-term succession and leadership
Admitted and in good standing in New Hampshire

Benefits

If hours targets are met, 10% bonus on origination plus 10% bonus on receipts.
