My client is looking for an experienced Hospitality Trainer to develop and inspire hospitality talent in Mozambique.

The ideal candidate will have a strong operational hospitality background, particularly in Front Office/Guest Services and Housekeeping, combined with a passion for training, coaching and people development.

The role:

Deliver classroom and practical hospitality training
Coach trainees in real operational environments
Develop skills across Front Office, Housekeeping and Food & Beverage
Assess and monitor trainee progress
Mentor existing team members in their career development
Promote exceptional guest experience and service standards
Work closely with lodge management and departmental teams

Location: Mozambique
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: Market related

Requirements

What we’re looking for:

• Relevant Hospitality Qualification
  
• 3–5 years’ hospitality operations experience
  
• Experience in Front Office/Guest Services AND Housekeeping
  
• Previous training, coaching or mentoring experience
  
• Fluent written and spoken English & Portuguese
  
• Strong facilitation, presentation and communication skills
  
• Excellent organisational and administration skills
  
• Passion for developing people and creating future hospitality talent
  
• Luxury lodge or hospitality experience advantageous
