General Labour – Grinding & Cleaning

Physical Requirement: Must be physically strong and comfortable with demanding work

Responsibilities

• Perform grinding, cleaning, and finishing of metal parts and components.
  
• Use hand grinders and other basic power tools safely.
  
• Remove excess material, sharp edges, burrs, rust, and debris from parts.
  
• Clean finished components and prepare them for the next production stage.
  
• Lift, move, and handle heavy materials and components.
  
• Maintain a clean and organized production area.
  
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
  

Requirements

• Previous grinding, metal shop, manufacturing, or general labour experience preferred.
  
• Must be physically strong and able to perform repetitive manual work.
  
• Comfortable using grinders and power tools.
  
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials.
  
• Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious.
  
• CSA-approved safety boots required.
