MAB Engineering Consultancy Company is seeking a qualified and experienced HSE Engineer to join one of our high-rise construction projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Requirements

Education & Certification

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a relevant field
NEBOSH IGC or recognized HSE Diploma (approved by SCE)
Valid membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) – mandatory
First Aid Certified.

Experience

Minimum 7 years’ experience in the civil / building construction industry
At least 3 years’ experience in KSA or GCC in a similar HSE role
Previous experience with a Consultant Company – mandatory
Proven experience in high-rise / tall building projects, including working at height activities
Experience in large-scale building projects (SAR 500M+ value) is an advantage

Skills

Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, procedures, and site implementation
Good command of spoken and written English
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, reporting)
Ability to prepare HSE reports, risk assessments, and method statements
