ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for confident and customer-focused Telesales Executives to handle Gold Loan-related sales and customer interactions for a banking client.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle outbound/inbound customer calls related to Gold Loan products
Explain loan products, eligibility, features and benefits to customers
Generate leads and convert them into successful loan applications
Follow up with prospective and existing customers
Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets
Maintain accurate customer and call records
Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process
