We are looking for an experienced Procurement Head with strong expertise in the Paper Industry to independently manage end-to-end procurement, vendor management, supply chain coordination, invoice management, and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage sourcing, quotations, negotiations, POs and delivery follow-ups.
Identify, evaluate and manage vendors and suppliers.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, quality and delivery schedules.
Monitor vendor performance and resolve commercial issues.
Coordinate invoice verification, discrepancies and payment processing.
Manage supply chain coordination with suppliers, warehouse and logistics teams.
Monitor inventory requirements and procurement schedules.
Handle procurement-related administration, contracts and documentation.
Drive cost optimization and ensure adherence to procurement processes.

Required Skills:

Strong procurement and vendor management experience in the Paper Industry.
Good knowledge of supply chain and commercial operations.
Strong negotiation, communication and analytical skills.
Hands-on experience with Excel and ERP/procurement systems.
Ability to independently manage multiple vendors and requirements.
