FlakeTech Group is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing and Design team.

You will take ownership of complex design projects, maintain brand consistency across multiple brands, collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams, and integrate innovative AI tools into the creative process.

Key Responsibilities

Lead design projects from concept development through final delivery.
Develop, maintain, and evolve brand guidelines across multiple brands.
Create high-quality designs for digital campaigns, social media, e-commerce, print materials, presentations, and brand activations.
Review design outputs to ensure accuracy, quality, and brand consistency.
Explore and integrate AI-powered design tools and workflows.
Collaborate with the Art Director, Marketing Manager, Content Writers, Media Buyers, SEO Specialists, Reel Makers, PR, and E-commerce teams.
Present creative concepts and design rationale to stakeholders.
Organize design assets and maintain effective version control.
Stay updated on current design trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
4+ years of professional graphic design experience.
Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in digital and print design.
Advanced proficiency in:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe InDesign
Adobe After Effects
Adobe Premiere Pro
Practical experience using AI-powered design tools.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, composition, branding, and visual hierarchy.
Proven experience supporting multiple brands and markets.
Experience with e-commerce and integrated marketing campaigns is highly preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and time-management skills.
Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
