Position Overview

We are looking for a self-driven Recruiter to join our team on a flexible part-time & freelance basis. This role combines a lightweight weekly time commitment (~10 hours per week, fully flexible) with a performance-driven, per-hire commission model for Freelancers & Fixed Salary for Part time model . You will take ownership of targeted candidate sourcing, screening, and pipeline management for open client mandates worldwide—allowing you to work on your own schedule while earning on successful placements.

Key Responsibilities

• Targeted Sourcing: Proactively hunt and engage top-tier candidates across global markets using LinkedIn, online job platforms, Boolean search, and professional networks.
  

• Screening & Shortlisting: Conduct initial qualification screens, evaluate candidate fit against client specifications, and deliver structured shortlists.
  

• Pipeline & ATS Management: Track candidate progression, update interview records, and maintain data accuracy across recruitment tools.
  

• Interview Logistics: Facilitate smooth communication between candidates and client decision-makers, coordinating multi-stage interviews across time zones.
  

• Candidate Engagement: Manage end-to-end candidate relationships with timely updates, feedback, and offer coordination to ensure high conversion and placement success.
  

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Proven hands-on experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a recruitment agency, RPO, or outsourcing environment.
  

• Sourcing Skills: Demonstrated capability in headhunting passive candidates, running complex Boolean searches, and leveraging global talent databases.
  

• Communication: Excellent spoken and written English skills for seamless engagement with international candidates and stakeholders.
  

• Self-Management: Highly organized, results-focused, and capable of driving placements autonomously within flexible weekly hours.
  

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
