FLSA Status: Non-Exempt – Hourly Pay
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6 am-4 pm; Friday, 6 am-10 am (overtime may be required)
- Tie springs manually using the 8-way hand tie method.
- Secure components into frames using manual and powered tools.
- Maintain an organized workstation and follow Lean Manufacturing practices.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in 8-way hand tying.
- Basic math and communication skills; Lean Manufacturing knowledge is a plus.
- Must be able to lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs and work on your feet.
