About the Role

As a Retail Sales Representative, you'll be the friendly face customers meet when they visit our office. You'll guide them through the entire sales process—from understanding their needs to recommending personalized insurance solutions and completing the sale.

This is a full-cycle sales role, giving you the opportunity to build lasting customer relationships while helping people make informed decisions about their insurance coverage.

What You'll Do

Welcome & Connect with Customers

• Greet customers with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.

Recommend the Right Coverage

• Educate customers on our insurance products and services.

• Explain coverage options in a clear and easy-to-understand way.

• Answer questions with confidence and professionalism.

Manage the Full Sales Process

• Guide customers from their initial visit through policy enrollment.

• Handle objections by focusing on customer needs and value.

• Complete applications accurately and efficiently.

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.

Build Lasting Relationships

• Follow up with customers after the sale.

• Create long-term relationships that lead to referrals and repeat business.

• Continue learning about our products and industry trends to better serve customers.
