Inside Sales Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to connect with potential customers, understand their requirements, explain suitable products and services, generate leads, and convert opportunities into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
  
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
  
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and services
  
• Generate and qualify leads through calls and other channels.
  
• Follow up with prospects and drive leads towards closure
  
• Coordinate with the sales team for quotations, product information, and order processing
  
• Handle customer queries and provide relevant information
  
• Maintain accurate CRM and sales activity records
  
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
  

Requirements

• Freshers with good communication skills and interest in sales can apply.
  
• Candidates with experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Tele calling, Customer Support, BDE, or Lead Generation are preferred
  
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  
• English and Hindi communication is mandatory; English with any regional language is preferred
  
• Strong convincing, negotiation, follow-up, and customer-handling skills
  
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven approach
