WE ARE HIRING: OPERATIONS MANAGER

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Manager to oversee financial reporting, budgeting, HR, administration, and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and operational performance reports.
Oversee accounting records, reconciliations, and internal controls.
Lead budgeting, financial projections, and budgetary control.
Manage HR functions, including attendance, leave, recruitment, and performance monitoring.
Oversee administration, procurement coordination, and daily operations.
Coordinate with banks and financial institutions regarding loans, credit facilities, and financial documentation.
Conduct staff training on financial procedures, internal controls, and organizational policies.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience, including hands-on financial and management reporting.
MBA or equivalent postgraduate management degree preferred.
CA, ACCA, or CA Finalist with a Master's degree preferred.
Strong knowledge of accounting, financial statements, budgeting, and internal controls.
Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
Excellent analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
