Position: Clinical Psychologist

Job Category: Part-time, freelance, flexible hours

Job Description/Expectation:

• Able to engage with adults who present with work-related stress and time management issues.
  
• Meeting with clients on Wellbees app for 40-minute video meetings.
  
• Able to provide a high quality, effective, safe mental health & wellbeing service to clients.
  
• Online counselling experience.
  
• Delivering comprehensive assessment and formulation that drives an evidence-based intervention for employees.
  
• Following safety protocols and maintaining client confidentiality.
  
• Continuing professional development.
  
• Presentation skills and speech delivery is a plus.

Gereksinimler

Education and skills:

• BS degree in Psychology, MS degree in Clinical Psychology
  
• Supervised clinical experience
  
• Experience: 2 years+ of related experience
  
• All candidates must meet supervision requirements for registration standards.
  
• Short term psychotherapy and online therapy experience is a plus.
  
• Polish speakers will be considered for the role. English speaking is also a requirement. Other languages are plus.
