Job Description

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Quality Assurance in Saudi Arabia. Our client, Arman Consultants, is hiring for the chocolate production sector and is seeking skilled, motivated professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor chocolate production processes to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
  
• Inspect raw materials, ingredients, packaging materials, and finished chocolate products for quality compliance.
  
• Conduct routine quality checks throughout production, processing, cooling, moulding, and packaging stages.
  
• Ensure compliance with GMP, hygiene, sanitation, HACCP, and applicable food-safety procedures.
  
• Identify product or process deviations and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
  
• Maintain accurate QA inspection records, checklists, non-conformance reports, and quality documentation.
  
• Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality issues and minimize defects and wastage.
  
• Support internal quality audits and continuous improvement activities within the production facility.
  

Required Skills

1. Food Quality Assurance — Ability to monitor quality across food-production operations.
   
2. GMP — Knowledge of good manufacturing practices in a food-production environment.
   
3. HACCP — Understanding of hazard identification and food-safety control points.
   
4. Quality Inspection — Ability to identify defects and production deviations.
   
5. QA Documentation — Ability to maintain inspection and compliance records accurately.
   

Preferred Skills

• Chocolate or confectionery manufacturing exposure
  
• Food-safety auditing knowledge
  
• Root-cause analysis and corrective-action knowledge
  

Work Experience Requirements

Experience was not specified. Typical requirement: approximately 2–5 years of Quality Assurance/Quality Control experience in food, confectionery, chocolate, or related manufacturing environments. Direct exposure to food-production quality systems would typically be preferred.

Education

Minimum: Typical — Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, Quality Management, or related discipline
Preferred: Relevant food-quality qualification
Additional: HACCP / Food Safety / ISO-related certification preferred
