Production Supervisor

Job Description

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Production Supervisor in Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day chocolate production activities and ensure production targets are achieved.
  
• Coordinate production schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.
  
• Monitor chocolate manufacturing processes to maintain consistent product quality.
  
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, GMP, and production standards.
  
• Monitor production output, wastage, downtime, and process efficiency.
  
• Guide production workers and allocate duties according to production requirements.
  
• Coordinate with quality, maintenance, warehouse, and other departments to resolve production issues.
  
• Maintain accurate production records and report operational issues to management.
  

Required Skills

1. Chocolate Production: Practical understanding of chocolate manufacturing and processing operations.
   
2. Production Supervision: Ability to coordinate production activities and shop-floor personnel.
   
3. Quality Control: Knowledge of maintaining consistent product quality during manufacturing.
   
4. Food Safety & Hygiene: Understanding of GMP, sanitation, and food manufacturing hygiene practices.
   
5. Production Planning: Ability to organize manpower, materials, machinery, and production schedules.
   

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of chocolate processing equipment and production lines.
  
• Understanding of production efficiency and wastage control.
  
• Experience in FMCG, confectionery, or food manufacturing environments.
  

Work Experience Requirements

Education
