We're partnering with a leading international company to recruit Hebrew-speaking Customer Support Specialists for a digital advertising support project in Lisbon.

In this role, you will provide B2B support to small and medium-sized advertisers, helping customers optimize their campaigns on social media platforms. You will resolve technical issues, guide clients on using advertising tools, and ensure a high-quality customer experience while supporting the growth of their business .

Your Role:

Support advertisers across multiple channels, including chat, email, and phone
Convert most email and chat cases into outbound calls to provide personalized, white-glove support
Provide pre- and post-sales assistance for self-service products
Assist clients with troubleshooting, reporting bugs, and using platform features effectively
Identify trends and solve problems affecting multiple SMB clients
Manage multiple tools simultaneously and perform multitasking efficiently
Ensure timely resolution of inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction

Your Qualifications:

Native or fluent Hebrew (C1/C2) with good English skills
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused, empathetic, and professional
Comfortable using multiple digital tools and platforms
Ability to handle high-volume queries and multitask effectively
Previous experience in customer support, technical support, or digital advertising support is a plus
Team player with a proactive and adaptable attitude

The Offer:

Full-time on-site position in Lisbon
Rotational shifts, 40 hours/week, Monday to Sunday, 06:00 – 00:00 CEST, including weekends and Portuguese public holidays; compensatory days provided if working on holidays
Paid training period of 15 working days, 8 hours/day, covering system usage, product knowledge, and customer handling
