This is an opportunity to take genuine ownership of your ledger while working closely with an experienced team and supportive Credit Manager.

What We’re Looking For:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Experience managing your own ledger or portfolio of customer accounts
  • Experience dealing with high-value and/or high-volume accounts
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • The ability to prioritise effectively and manage your own workload
  • Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills

  • A proactive and solution-focused approach
  • The confidence to deal professionally with challenging queries and payment issues

You’ll be joining a business that genuinely values its people, with a strong focus on recognition, development, wellbeing and creating a flexible and supportive working environment.

You’ll Benefit From:

  • A salary of up to £33,000, depending on experience
  • 35-hour working week
  • 26 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, with the option to buy and sell additional days
  • Hybrid working – initially 4 days in the office for approximately 3 months during training, moving to 3 days in the office and 2 days from home
  • Private medical care, dental insurance and life assurance at 4 times your salary
  • Matched pension contributions of up to 5%, increasing to 6% after 5 years’ service
  • Potential bonus based on company and individual performance
  • Free breakfast every day and fresh fruit
  • Regular social events, incentives and recognition awards
  • Gym membership and Cycle to Work schemes
  • Counselling support for you and your immediate family
  • Opportunities for secondments, development and career progression
  • A flexible and supportive working culture
  • A modern, open-plan office environment in Leeds City Centre

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller to join a growing and people-focused business where you’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills, take ownership of your portfolio and build a long-term career.
