Sales Manager - Saudi Sales & Operations

Location: Saudi Arabia Industry: HVAC / MEP Contracting Salary: SAR 15,000 + (Negotiable based on experience, client network & achievements)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager / Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager to lead Saudi sales and operations within the HVAC & MEP contracting sector. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, proven sales achievements, and an established network of MEP contractors and consultants across Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and expand HVAC/MEP sales across Saudi Arabia.
  

• Develop weekly sales plans and conduct regular client field visits.
  

• Build relationships with MEP contractors, consultants, and key decision-makers.
  

• Identify new business opportunities and close high-value projects.
  

• Conduct technical presentations and Lunch & Learn sessions for clients.
  

• Lead, mentor, and achieve targets through the sales team.
  

• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business development strategies.
  

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.

4–6 years of hardcore technical sales experience (Manager/Asst. Manager).

10+ years of experience leading a sales team (Senior role).

Valid Saudi/UAE Driving License (Mandatory).

Strong knowledge of HVAC, MEP, and technical products.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Well-established contacts with MEP contractors and consultants in Saudi Arabia.
