Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Sales Engineer to drive project sales within the HVAC/MEP contracting industry. The ideal candidate should have strong GCC market knowledge, excellent client relationship skills, and a proven track record in securing project business across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

Generate project sales and achieve assigned revenue targets.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable HVAC/MEP solutions.
Identify new project opportunities through contractors, consultants, and market research.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of manuals, warranty letters, and project documentation.
Share project specifications with the Service Team prior to Testing & Commissioning (T&C).
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

7–8 years of proven GCC experience in HVAC/MEP project sales.

Strong knowledge of project sales, consultants, and contractor networks.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
