Requirements

We are looking for a skilled Saviynt IAM Consultant / Senior Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC) implementation, configuration, IAM workflows, application onboarding, access governance, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience in implementing and configuring Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC).
  
• Perform application onboarding and integration using connectors, APIs, databases, and other integration mechanisms.
  
• Configure and manage Workday integrations for identity and lifecycle data.
  
• Design and implement Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) lifecycle processes.
  
• Implement birthright access and role-based access assignments.
  
• Create and maintain Saviynt business rules, technical rules, access policies, and associated configurations.
  
• Configure rules for access assignment, removal, approvals, and automated provisioning/deprovisioning.
  
• Design and configure access request workflows for applications, roles, and entitlements.
  
• Configure approval chains, escalations, reminders, access expiry, and revocation processes.
  
• Support account and entitlement aggregation, reconciliation, and correlation activities.
  
• Troubleshoot provisioning, workflow, aggregation, reconciliation, and integration issues.
  
• Develop and execute unit, integration, regression, and UAT test cases/scripts.
  
• Prepare configuration documents, test scripts, process flows, technical documentation, and deployment plans.
  
• Collaborate with application owners, HR, security, infrastructure, and business stakeholders.
  
• Support production deployments, monitoring, issue resolution, and post-go-live stabilization.
  
• Participate in IAM implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  

Required Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC).
  
• Strong understanding of IAM, RBAC, Least Privilege, Access Governance, and Segregation of Duties (SoD).
  
• Experience with JML lifecycle management.
  
• Experience configuring access requests, approval workflows, provisioning and deprovisioning.
  
• Experience with birthright access, role-based access, technical/business rules, and access policies.
  
• Experience with application onboarding and connectors.
  
• Knowledge of account/entitlement aggregation and reconciliation.
  
• Experience troubleshooting Saviynt workflows and integrations.
  
• Knowledge of Access Review / Access Certification processes and configuration.
  
• Working knowledge of REST APIs, SQL, JSON, and XML.
  
• Exposure to Active Directory, Workday, and ServiceNow integrations is preferred.
