What We're Looking For:
•Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; CPA or CMA preferred.•5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or management role.•Demonstrated experience using Yardi Voyager or comparable Yardi modules in a real estate, propertymanagement, multifamily, commercial, or affordable-housing environment.•Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial statement preparation, reconciliations, budgeting, and month-end close.•Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.•Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines, portfolios, and competing priorities.•Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
