Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to handle customer queries, provide timely support, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and other support channels.- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information.- Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and promptly.- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution.- Maintain customer records and update CRM/database regularly.- Coordinate with sales, operations, accounts, and other departments when required.- Explain products, services, policies, and procedures to customers.- Maintain a polite and professional communication style.- Meet customer service and response-time targets.- Prepare basic reports related to customer queries and complaints.

Requirements

- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.- 0–3 years of experience in customer service/call centre/support roles.- Good verbal and written communication skills.- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.- Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally.- Hindi and English communication skills preferred.
