Digital Sales & Marketing Manager

Healthcare Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Digital Sales & Marketing Manager to lead digital sales initiatives and strengthen the online presence of leading global healthcare brands in Nepal. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, online sales, brand management, and digital campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across websites, social media, email, and online campaigns.
• Manage online sales channels and develop e-commerce initiatives.
• Create engaging content including product information, blogs, educational materials, and promotional content.
• Generate and nurture leads through various digital platforms.
• Work with sales and business development teams to drive business growth.
• Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance, ROI, and suggest improvements.
• Coordinate with global partners for marketing materials, branding, and digital campaigns.
• Manage and strengthen the online presence of healthcare brands.
• Identify new digital sales and marketing opportunities to increase brand reach and customer engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Science, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing, online sales, or brand management, preferably in the healthcare, medical devices, or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and digital tools.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and online customer engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects effectively.
