Vendor Development

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop vendors for raw materials, packing materials, and engineering equipment, spares, and services.
  

• Evaluate suppliers and coordinate qualification with Quality and technical teams.
  

• Obtain quotations, prepare comparisons, and negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
  

• Develop alternate suppliers to ensure supply continuity and cost savings.
  

• Monitor vendor quality and delivery performance; maintain vendor records in ERP.
  

Qualification & Experience:
Graduate in Engineering, Science, Pharmacy, or Supply Chain, preferably with 5–8 years of procurement and vendor development experience in pharma, chemicals, or manufacturing.

Key Skills: Sourcing, negotiation, supplier evaluation, technical understanding, Excel, and ERP.
