Recruiter – Sales Hiring (Work from Home)

Role: Recruiter – Sales Hiring
Type: Full-time, permanent
Work mode: 100% work from home (India)
Experience: 1–3 years in recruitment, mainly sales hiring

What you will do

• Own end-to-end hiring for sales roles — BDMs, inside sales, field sales, key account managers and sales coordinators — across client mandates.
  
• Understand client requirements and build sourcing plans for each role.
  
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and our internal database (Zoho Recruit).
  
• Screen candidates on sales track record, targets, CTC and notice period, and share well-qualified profiles with clients.
  
• Schedule interviews, follow up on feedback and manage candidates through offer and joining.
  
• Keep trackers and the ATS updated every day, and meet weekly submission and closure targets.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience as a recruiter, with hands-on sales hiring (agency/consultancy experience preferred).
  
• Comfortable with Naukri / LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean search and high-volume calling.
  
• Good spoken and written English and Hindi; any regional language is a plus.
  
• Own laptop, reliable internet and a quiet workspace for full-day remote work.
  
• Target-driven, organised and able to work independently.
  
• Any graduate; MBA (HR) is a plus.
