Require a HEAD OF CORPORATE PARTNERSHIPS in Harare , Zimbabwe

• Develop and implement strategic partnership and resource mobilisation strategies.
  
• Identify, engage and build meaningful relationships with corporates, donors, foundations, government agencies, financial institutions and investors.
  
• Secure funding, sponsorships, in-kind support and strategic collaborations to support RemoteEaze programmes and initiatives.
  
• Prepare compelling partnership proposals, pitches and presentations.
  
• Organise and lead fundraising events, donor roundtables, and stakeholder engagement activities.
  
• Negotiate partnership agreements, MOUs and sponsorship packages.
  
• Manage and nurture partner relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention and long-term impact.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop bankable projects, programmes and impact reports.
  
• Track, report and communicate the impact of partnerships and funded initiatives.
  
• Expand the partner pipeline and position RemoteEaze as a trusted partner of choice.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Development Studies, Economics, International Relations, Finance or related field.
  
• Master’s degree (MBA, Development Economics, International Development or related) strongly preferred.
  
• 7 – 12 years’ experience in corporate partnerships, fundraising, business development, donor relations or resource mobilisation.
  
• Proven track record of securing corporate sponsorships, grants and strategic partnerships.
  
• Strong network and established relationships with corporate leaders, donors, foundations, government agencies, financial institutions and investors.
  
• Experience in organising and leading fundraising events and stakeholder engagements.
  
• Excellent proposal development, negotiation and partnership management skills.
  
• Strong understanding of CSR/ESG, philanthropy, impact investing and donor funding landscapes.
  
• Outstanding communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
  
• High integrity, strategic thinker, commercially astute and results-oriented.
