Painting Sales Closer — Company-Provided Estimates

We hand you 15–20 qualified, pre-set estimates every week. You show up, run the appointment, and close. If you're an in-home closer who already knows how to command a room and handle a rebuttal, this is a seat where your only job is to sell.

This is a plug-and-play role. We have sales training to sharpen you, but you need the foundation already built — we're not teaching you how to close, we're pointing you at appointments.

What you'll be doing

• Running 15–20 company-provided in-home estimates per week
• Closing at a high rate on qualified, ready-to-buy homeowners
• Building the quote in PaintScalp and presenting it in the home
• Managing your pipeline of set appointments across Broward and, as needed, Fort Myers and Naples
• Optionally managing your own projects for additional commission (see below)

Our numbers

• Average ticket: $5,500–$9,500 per job, with larger jobs running $20,000+
• We expect closers here to convert roughly half of the appointments we set
• Deposits are paid to you immediately

Compensation, in plain terms

• 8% commission on all personal production
• Once you cross $1,000,000 in annual sales, your rate jumps to 10% — retroactively, for the entire year
• If you also manage the project, add up to 4.5% (up to ~15% total on that job). Example: self-close and manage a $25,000 job → about $4,000 in commission
• On cancellations/chargebacks, you keep 50% of the commission

At our appointment volume and average ticket, a closer holding a 50% close rate is producing well into the low-to-mid six figures.

Who we're looking for

• Experienced in-home painting salespeople only. Residential painting sales is the lane.
• Confident communicator who can handle rebuttals and stay in command of the conversation
• A real closer — the kind who converts around 50% of set appointments
• Comfortable with PaintScalp (you'll be estimating in it day one)
• Willing to travel to Fort Myers and Naples when the schedule calls for it
• If you have 5+ years in painting sales, we expect at least 3 of those years personally producing $1,000,000+ in annual sales

Who this is NOT for

• Roofers, remodelers, or other trades looking to cross over — we need painting-specific in-home experience
• Anyone who needs a long ramp before they can produce. You're closing our appointments in week one.
