Do you enjoy cars, talking with people, and helping customers create the look they want for their vehicles? Xclusive is looking for an enthusiastic Automotive Retail Sales Representative to join our team.

You'll work directly with customers in our showroom, learn about their vehicle and goals, recommend products, and guide them through the purchasing process. From wheels and tires to lift kits and performance accessories, you'll help customers find the right products for their vehicle.

About the Role

As an Automotive Retail Sales Representative, you'll be an important part of the customer experience. You'll work with walk-in customers, understand what they're looking for, explain product options, and help them make informed purchasing decisions.

You'll have the opportunity to build product knowledge, strengthen your sales skills, and grow within a fast-paced automotive retail environment.

What You'll Do

• Welcome and engage customers as they visit the showroom.

• Ask questions to understand their vehicle, preferences, and project goals.

• Recommend wheels, tires, lift kits, and other automotive accessories.

• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and available options.

• Help customers compare solutions and make confident purchasing decisions.

• Answer questions and address customer concerns professionally.

• Identify opportunities to recommend additional products that complement the customer's project.

• Complete sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Follow up with customers when appropriate.

• Maintain strong product knowledge and stay current with automotive trends.

• Work collaboratively with teammates to create an excellent customer experience.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Reliable transportation required.

• Ability to work full-time in an onsite retail environment.

Compensation & Benefits

This position offers a base salary plus commission, with an expected annual earning range of approximately $75,000–$150,000, depending on individual performance.
