We are seeking a skilled, reliable, and hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to join our team.The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day maintenance of the hotel's facilities, equipment, utilities, and building infrastructure, ensuring that all systems operate safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to guests and hotel operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervise daily maintenance and repair activities across the hotel.
Conduct routine inspections of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC, and other facility systems.
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance.
Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies and equipment breakdowns.
Supervise maintenance technicians and artisans.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and service schedules.
Monitor generators, water systems, pumps, air-conditioning units, electrical systems, and other critical equipment.
Coordinate external technicians and contractors when required.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hotel maintenance standards.
Monitor maintenance tools, spare parts, and consumables.
Liaise with Housekeeping, Front Office, Food & Beverage, and other departments to resolve maintenance issues.
Prepare regular maintenance reports and recommend repairs, replacements, or upgrades.

Requirements

OND Eng. or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Technology, Facilities Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years' relevant maintenance experience, preferably within a hotel, hospitality, commercial, or residential environment.
Strong practical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
Previous supervisory experience is an advantage.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to respond effectively to emergencies and work under pressure.
Strong communication, organizational, and team-management skills.
Must be hands-on, reliable, proactive, and safety-conscious.
