Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Fortigate or Checkpoint or PaloAlto Firewall or SentinelOne

Configure and troubleshoot routing and switching issues.

Monitor network and security infrastructure and resolve incidents.

Manage firewall policies, NAT, VPN, and basic security configurations.

Troubleshoot network connectivity, routing, and performance-related issues.

Perform configuration changes as per approved processes.

Maintain technical documentation and troubleshooting records.

Requirements

1–2 years of relevant experience in Network Security / Network Administration.

Good knowledge in any one of Fortigate or Checkpoint or PaloAlto Firewall.

Good understanding of Routing and Switching.

Knowledge of TCP/IP, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, NAT, and VPN.

Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Willingness to work in a support/operations environment.

Ability to work independently as well as coordinate effectively with technical teams.

CCNA certification is an added advantage.

Network security related certification is an added advantage.
