Warehouse and Logistics Specialist

As a Warehouse & Logistics Specialist, you will keep our supply chain moving seamlessly. Your days will be a dynamic mix of keeping the warehouse floor organized and optimizing our inbound/outbound logistics.

• Load, unload, and organize: Safely handle trucks, containers, and delivery vehicles using pallet jacks or hand trucks.
  
• Order fulfillment: Pick, pack, label, and prepare shipments with a high level of accuracy.
  
• Quality & Inventory control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage, verify quantities, and flag inventory discrepancies early.
  
• Safety first: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace while strictly adhering to PPE and safety guidelines.
  

• Carrier liaison: Coordinate daily loading schedules and build strong relationships with carriers, vendors, and suppliers.
  
• Documentation management: Prepare and verify bills of lading (BOLs), packing lists, and customs documentation.
  
• Problem-solving: Proactively resolve shipping delays, damages, or discrepancies by collaborating with the Logistics Manager and internal teams.
  

Requirements

• Proven background in warehouse operations, logistics coordination, or manual labor.
  
• Familiarity with logistics software, Transportation Management Systems (TMS), or carrier portals is a major plus.
  
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs regularly throughout a shift.
  
• Basic reading and math skills for accurate documentation, a sharp eye for detail, and a reliable, team-first mindset.
