We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will produce high-quality visual assets across digital and print channels, maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints, and collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to translate project briefs into compelling visual narratives that inspire and captivate audiences.

Job descriptions & requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Visual Asset Creation: Design engaging graphics for digital marketing (social media campaigns, digital ad banners, email newsletters, website banners) and print media (brochures, flyers, packaging, event signage, and promotional collateral).
  
• Brand Management: Ensure all conceptualized and finalized designs strictly align with established brand guidelines, maintaining visual consistency across multiple platforms and touchpoints.
  
• Collaboration & Strategy: Work alongside creative directors, copywriters, and product marketing managers to interpret design briefs, brainstorm creative concepts, and align designs with broader business objectives.
  
• Layout & Typography: Structure complex information effectively using clean grid systems, purposeful visual hierarchy, thoughtful color theory, and precise typographic alignment.
  
• Pre-Press & Digital Delivery: Prepare final export files tailored for web performance standards or commercial print production (ensuring correct CMYK color profiles, bleed settings, die lines, and high- resolution PDF exports).

• Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or equivalent practical experience with a proven track record.
  
• Portfolio Requirement A robust professional portfolio demonstrating versatility across digital media, print materials, branding systems, and visual communication.
  
• Technical Proficiency Expert mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), experience with UI design tools (Figma, Sketch), and basic familiarity with prepress production.
  
• Core Competencies Deep knowledge of typography, layout design, color theory, digital optimization, image retouches, and pre-press prep.
  
• Soft Skills & Mindset Strong attention to detail, excellent communication capabilities, receptiveness to constructive feedback, and ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast- paced environment.
