Quantity Surveyor

Job Purpose- Quantity Surveyor

To support the firm in managing all costs relating to construction projects, from initial

calculations to final accounts. The candidate will ensure projects remain within budget,

maximize value for money, and deliver high-quality results while adhering to contractual

obligations and company procedures.

B. Job Purpose- Site Supervisor

Undertake all site supervision works under the direction of the Resident Engineerost RIB

Required Skills & Competencies

• Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of construction materials, methods, and

measurement techniques

• Software Proficiency: Strong proficiency in MS Excel; experience with other cost

management software (e.g., CostX, Candy, or similar) and AutoCAD is highly desirable.

• Analytical Skills: Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with high

attention to detail.

• Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills to liaise with

stakeholders.

• Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines under pressure

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Approximately 3-6 years of hands-on experience in a Quantity Surveying or Site

Supervision role (within a contractor or consultancy environment).

• Actively working towards professional accreditation is a plus.
