National Warehouse Distribution Manager

Red Ember Recruitment is seeking a National Warehouse & Distribution Manager for our client in Johannesburg.

Requirements

• 8–10 years' minimum experience in warehouse and distribution management.
  

• At least 5 years' experience in a senior management role overseeing multiple warehouse locations.
  

• Proven experience managing national warehouse and distribution operations.
  

• Strong experience in inventory management, logistics, and fleet management.
  

• Demonstrated experience managing third-party logistics (3PL) partnerships and service providers.
  

• Experience managing large operational teams and multiple sites.
  

• Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving operational efficiencies.
