• Specialty Backup Available: Supervising physician onsite 3 days per week for collaboration, consultation and clinical support
  
• Support Staff Available: Registered nurses, experienced support staff
  

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Licenses: Active South Carolina license and DHEC registration
  
• Other Qualifications: EPIC experience required
  

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in collaboration with registered nurses and supervising physician.
  
• Manage an average daily schedule of 18–20 patients, including follow-up visits and new patient evaluations.
  
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
  
• Provide medication management in accordance with clinical protocols and regulations.
  
• Document patient assessments, treatment decisions, and care plans accurately and promptly.
