Graphic Designer – One-Month Contract | Primarily On-site in Ferndale, Randburg

An agency is looking for a fast, highly experienced Senior Graphic Designer to support the delivery of a high-volume integrated campaign throughout September.

The designer will work within an established creative system, developing, adapting and rolling out approved creative across multiple formats and channels.

• Start date: 1 September
  
• Duration: One month
  
• Location: Primarily on-site in Ferndale, Johannesburg
  
• Flexibility: Some remote work may be accommodated where appropriate
  
• Budget: R26,100 CTC for the month, depending on experience
  
• Reporting to: Creative Director/Project Lead, with day-to-day coordination through the Project Coordinator
  

Due to the sprint nature of the project and its quick turnaround times, the designer must be available to work closely with the team throughout September.

Responsibilities

• Develop, adapt and roll out an established creative direction.
  
• Produce campaign assets across multiple channels and formats.
  
• Create and adapt key visuals.
  
• Design presentations and campaign decks.
  
• Produce social media and digital assets.
  
• Develop campaign collateral and partner adaptations.
  
• Create content and language variants.
  
• Maintain consistency across all campaign executions.
  
• Support concept development where required.
  
• Manage a high volume of work while maintaining accuracy and creative quality.
  
• Collaborate closely with the creative and project teams.
  
• Deliver polished, production-ready artwork within tight deadlines.
  

Requirements

• Graphic-design experience.
  
• Strong campaign and brand-design experience.
  
• Experience working across integrated campaigns and multiple formats.
  
• Excellent layout, typography and visual-design skills.
  
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
  
• Strong PowerPoint design skills.
  
• Ability to work quickly and accurately within an established brand and creative system.
  
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deliverables.
  
• Availability for the full month of September.
  
• Ability to work primarily on-site in Ferndale.
  
• Basic After Effects or motion-design skills are highly advantageous.
