FREELANCE SENIOR CREATIVE WRITER – HYBRID – JOHANNESBURG | UP TO R600 PER HOUR

A leading global communications and public relations agency is building a talent pool of experienced freelance Senior Creative Writers to support a variety of client campaigns and communication projects.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop creative concepts, campaign messaging and content ideas

  • Write engaging copy for digital, social, advertising and corporate communications

  • Adapt messaging and tone for different brands, audiences and platforms

  • Edit and proofread content for accuracy and consistency

  • Collaborate with designers, strategists and client-service teams

  • Manage multiple briefs and meet agreed deadlines


Requirements

  • Strong creative-writing or copywriting experience

  • Excellent command of English

  • Ability to interpret briefs and simplify complex information

  • A portfolio containing relevant writing samples

  • Agency, PR or communications experience is advantageous

  • Availability to work on a hybrid basis in Dunkeld, Johannesburg
