Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to serve as an SAP APO with PPDS specialist within the IT Services sector. This pivotal role focuses on optimizing supply chain operations through advanced planning and scheduling capabilities. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in production planning and demand management to drive efficiency, ensure accurate forecasting, and support critical manufacturing execution processes. This position is essential for maintaining seamless production workflows and aligning supply capabilities with dynamic market demands.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage Master Production Scheduling (MPS) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) processes to ensure optimal inventory levels.
  
• Oversee batch and serial number management to maintain strict traceability and compliance throughout the production lifecycle.
  
• Lead production execution activities, ensuring that manufacturing schedules are met with precision and minimal disruption.
  
• Develop and refine demand forecasting models to anticipate market needs and adjust supply plans accordingly.
  
• Utilize SAP APO with PPDS tools to perform complex planning and scheduling tasks, balancing supply constraints with demand requirements.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline Demand Management and Planning workflows, enhancing overall operational agility.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Possess a minimum of 5 to 7 years of professional experience in supply chain planning and SAP implementation.
  
• Demonstrate deep proficiency in SAP APO with a specific focus on PPDS (Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling).
  
• Show proven expertise in MRP logic, batch management, and serial number tracking within an enterprise environment.
  
• Exhibit strong capabilities in production execution and the ability to translate business requirements into effective planning solutions.
  
• Have a solid background in demand forecasting techniques and demand management strategies.
  
• Be well-versed in PP/DS planning and scheduling methodologies to handle complex manufacturing scenarios.
  
• Target compensation range for this role is ₹17 LPA, commensurate with the required skill set and experience level.
