What You'll Do:
🎯 Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of BPM workflows and case management solutions
🛠️ Architect, configure, and maintain IBM FileNet systems
🔍 Analyze business requirements to recommend technical solutions
🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery
📈 Provide expert guidance on best practices for process automation
📝 Document system configurations and operational procedures

What We're Looking For:

• 9+ years of software development experience, preferably in enterprise application development. Strong hands-on experience with IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW)/IBM BPM. Mandatory experience with IBM BPM / Case Manager.
• Strong experience with IBM FileNet. Strong programming experience in Java.
• Strong experience with JavaScript and Dojo.
• Strong SQL development and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong experience with Oracle databases. Experience working in Open Systems environments.
