We are seeking an Automotive Sales Manager for our client near Raynham, Mass.  Sales are on the rise and our client needs a proven leader to drive growth.  You will be joining a dealership with an energetic sales team, a motivated executive team with resources to help you succeed, and a fantastic community reputation.

REQUIREMENTS

Previous automotive management experience is REQUIRED for this position, looking for a strong closer who can work the floor with a team, can lead, can coach, can close, and wants to learn more! Qualified candidates will have managed teams of sales representatives, demonstrate hands-on sales floor work, and show through their work history an ability to generate sales with high customer satisfaction.  Strong attention to detail and ability to transition into a finance closer is desired.  We are looking for someone who works hard, communicates clearly and is interested in a real career with long term potential, not just a job.

• Motivate and train a dedicated sales team.
  
• LEad and manage the sales team to finish deals.
  
• Lead the training and follow-up processes
  
• Assist and support finance team.
  
• Develop and implement sales strategies to crush targets.
  
• Foster a customer-centric culture that prioritizes satisfaction.
