Job Description: Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) – Production

Eligible Batches: 2025 and 2026 pass-outs only

Job Purpose

To support production operations at the Air Conditioner Manufacturing Plant, ensuring production targets and quality standards are achieved while reducing input costs and conversion costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily production activities to achieve planned production targets.
  

• Ensure product quality standards are maintained throughout the manufacturing process.
  

• Identify opportunities to reduce raw material/input costs and manufacturing conversion costs.
  

• Support process improvement initiatives to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
  

• Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and other departments to resolve production-related issues.
  

• Monitor production performance and help minimize wastage, defects, and rework.
  

• Follow workplace safety standards and manufacturing procedures.
  

• Maintain production records and prepare reports as required.

Requirements

• B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering.
  

• Must be a campus graduate from the 2025 or 2026 pass-out batch.
  

• Willingness to work at the manufacturing plant
  

• Interest in manufacturing operations, production planning, quality improvement, and cost optimization.
