About the Role

As a Full Cycle Sales Professional, you'll be the face of Level Up Louisiana, working directly with walk-in customers to understand their needs and provide personalized insurance solutions. You'll manage the entire sales process—from the initial conversation to closing the sale—while delivering an outstanding customer experience every step of the way.

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers with a friendly, professional attitude and create a positive first impression.

• Build meaningful relationships by listening to customer needs and understanding their goals.

• Manage the entire sales process, including consultations, product presentations, objection handling, and closing sales.

Compensation

This is a commission-only position with outstanding earning potential. Successful Sales Professionals typically earn between $50,000 and $120,000 annually, with top performers having the opportunity to earn even more.
