You'll build relationships, understand each customer's needs, recommend personalized insurance solutions, and confidently guide them through the entire sales process—from the first conversation to a completed sale.

What You'll Do

• Welcome walk-in customers with a friendly, professional attitude and create an outstanding first impression.

• Become an expert on our insurance products and confidently explain coverage options, features, and benefits.

• Recommend personalized solutions that help customers protect what matters most.

• Manage the complete sales process, including consultations, policy explanations, applications, and closing sales.

• Deliver exceptional customer service that builds long-term relationships and encourages referrals.

• Work closely with your teammates to achieve individual and team sales goals.

Compensation

This is a commission-only opportunity with exceptional earning potential. Successful Sales Professionals typically earn between $60,000 and $120,000 annually, with top performers having the opportunity to earn even more.
