Marketing Production Coordinator (Night Shift, Remote)

⏰ 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀: Approx. 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM PKT - REMOTE

One of our clients, is hiring a Marketing Production Coordinator to manage B2B paid media campaigns from brief to final delivery.

What you'll do
🔺 Project manage paid campaigns across display, paid social, content syndication, paid search and social video
🔺 Keep schedules and deliverables on track using Monday.com, Opal or similar tools
🔺 Coordinate localization across markets, sometimes up to 12 languages
🔺 Support the account manager and liaise with content, creative and production teams
🔺 Handle client communication, mostly written, sometimes live calls
🔺 Manage WIP and final files in client PM systems
🔺 Track feedback and QA everything before delivery
🔺 Keep strong version control and clean project documentation
🔺 Be open to learning AI powered and agentic workflows as they roll out

What we need
🔺 3 to 5 years managing paid digital campaigns
🔺 Agency or enterprise marketing background
🔺 Comfortable with PM/workflow tools like Monday.com or Opal
🔺 Direct client facing experience
🔺 Excellent written and spoken English
🔺 Sharp attention to detail and QA discipline
🔺 Can juggle multiple projects and stakeholders at once
🔺 Strong on MS 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
🔺 Bonus: multi language campaign or localization experience
🔺 Bonus: experience with enterprise tech brands or global B2B campaigns
