Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. • Perform daily accounting tasks such as data entry, general ledger maintenance, and account reconciliations. • Process invoices, expense reports, and payments, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies. • Support month-end and year-end close processes by preparing journal entries and reconciliations. • Collaborate with team members on various ad-hoc accounting projects and initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and other MS Office applications. • Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Prior internship experience in an accounting or finance role is a plus. • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) is advantageous. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team. • Eagerness to learn and develop professional accounting competencies.
