AI Technical Specialist – Sales & Client Engagement

Role Summary:


The AI Technical Specialist will be a key technical expert with experience in Large Language Models (LLM), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI solutions. This person will provide technical depth during pre-sales, sales presentations, and client interactions. The role requires strong communication and articulation skills to effectively translate complex AI concepts to diverse client stakeholders, supporting business growth and client trust.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience:
·      Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience working with AI technologies, especially LLM and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
·      Proven experience or strong understanding of Agentic AI solutions and frameworks.
·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to clearly articulate complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
·      Experience in client-facing roles including conducting in-person meetings and technical sales presentations.
·      Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and technically on AI use cases.
·      Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, and consulting.
·      Familiarity with AI development tools, platforms, and frameworks is a plus.
·      Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, AI, Data Science, or a related technical field.
