Executive Accounts - Banking

• Day-to-Day Banking Operations:
  
• Prepare and process daily NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, and cheque payment batches for vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
  
• Coordinate directly with bank relationship managers for daily transactional requirements, letter processing, and query resolutions.
  

• Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS):
  

• Perform daily and monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) across multiple corporate bank accounts.
  

• Identify, track, and resolve any discrepancies, uncredited deposits, or unauthorized bank charges promptly.
  

• Non-Fund Based Banking Limits (LC / BG):
  

• • Assist in the documentation, issuance, renewal, and release of Bank Guarantees (BGs) and Letters of Credit (LCs) required for project tenders and client contracts.
    

• • Maintain an accurate register for Bank Guarantee, commission charges, and margin money deposits.
    

• Fund & Cash Flow Management:
  
  • Track daily bank balances and assist the management in preparing daily/weekly cash flow reports.
    

• • Coordinate cash handling, site cash requests, and petty cash replenishments as needed.
    

        Statutory & Accounting Compliance:

• • Ensure accurate accounting entries in Tally Prime / ERP for all bank transactions, interest charges, and loan repayments.
    

• • Maintain proper documentation and physical/digital filing for audit trails, TDS deductions, and GST compliance related to banking transactions.

B.Com / M.Com / BBA in Finance

Experience

2–5 years of relevant accounting experience (Infrastructure/Construction background preferred)

Software Skills

Advanced proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and Net Banking portals

Domain Knowledge

Clear understanding of RTGS/NEFT procedures, BRS preparation, BG workflows, and basic TDS rules

Soft Skills

Strong communication, numerical accuracy, integrity, and time management skills
